Women Education Development Program
The Women Education Development and Leadership Skill Program is the flagship program of RWU. The program is designed to equip women leaders to work effectively in the essential interests of Rakhaing State, and to progress women's participation in politics and decision-making in local, national and international spheres.
Each year, between 8 and 10 young Rakhaing men and women are selected from Rakhaing State, Bangladesh, and border areas to participate in the program. The program has two levels.
